On September 9th, the PHO announced it’s proof of vaccination program starting September 13th for specific types of businesses, organizations and functions.
There is no legal requirement for outdoor activity / tour providers to request proof of vaccination status. Terracentric will NOT be requesting proof of vaccination of our guests, however we will continue to operate with CoVID protocols in place. Employees complete daily health checks and we do ask our guests to complete a CoVID declaration as well.
We have also changed our COVID related cancellation policy. Any cancellations made within 6 or less days due to changes in travel restrictions, CoVID illness or exposure will result in one of two options: a full credit to be used for future bookings OR a refund of your payment LESS 25% of the value of your payments made to date.
