What if I’ve never gone kayaking or snorkeling before?
Our programs do not require that you have any experience. We just ask that you bring along some enthusiasm and a willingness to learn! We provide the complete experience: our guides provide all the necessary instruction, ensure your physical and emotional safety, and share their knowledge of the outdoor environment around you.

What’s the food like?
Fresh, local, organic when possible, seasonal and of course, delicious! We pride ourselves on our delectable lunches and snacks, that come from a fusion of some of our favourite ethnic influences with West Coast innovations. We are able and skilled at accommodating special diets and food allergies - just be sure to let us know!

What should I bring?
Depending on which adventure your taking part it in, choose from the activities below for a printable list (PDF) of items that we recommend that you have with you. For those registered for a multiday program, you will be sent a complete information package when we receive your reservation.

Are there any medical conditions that might prevent me from going on a tour?
YES.  Zodiac tours are not appropriate for those in their last months of pregnancy, or those with severe back problems.  Please contact us if you are concerned about any medical issues!

How do I make a reservation?
You may reach us by phone or email. Unless specified dates are given, our tours and programs are available daily. Please contact us in advance to book your own dates or join an already scheduled tour. Zodiac tours are also bookable online.

Where do I park in Lund?
There is a large pay parking lot operated by the Lund Resort.  There is also Lund Parking on the highway, just as you drive into Lund. Please use these lots as parking along the highway is NOT recommended and could result in towing.

Pricing & Deposits:
Prices are per person in Canadian dollars. 5% GST is additional on all tours. Additionally 7% PST is charged on all rentals.

Full payments are due at the time of making the reservation. Payments by phone can be made by VISA or MasterCard; in person we accept cash, VISA, Mastercard or debit card.

What is our cancellation policy?
If you should need to cancel, you may choose either a monetary refund (see cancellation schedule below) or you could choose to have all your monies paid held as a credit towards future services.

  • Cancellations made 22 + days in advance  = Full Refund 
  • Cancellations made 8 - 21 days in advance = 50% refund of dollars paid
  • Cancellations made 1 – 7 days in advance = No Refund
  • Cancellations made on the day of scheduled tour or rental = No Refund
  • Any cancellations made due to any and all reasons related to CoVID will be subject to the same policies as above.
  • In the event that a program/tour is changed or cancelled by Terracentric, you will receive a partial or full refund. Be advised that rain is not considered a reason for cancellation!

Changes Policy 

Any guests who wish to change their booking dates will have the opportunity to make one free change to their dates.

  • Should additional changes be required, each additional change will be subject to a $35 admin fee.

What happens if the weather is bad?
If it's just a little rainy, we wear rain gear and head out on our adventure.  Part of the rainforest is rain, after all! 

If it is windy and you have booked a tour on the water, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a tour if it is unsafe.  In this case, we will try to reschedule your tour, and if we cannot reschedule your tour, we will offer a credit, as above, or a full refund for those from out of town.

If we have to cut short a tour due to weather conditions, we offer our clients a refund based on the amount of time spent on the tour.

Is there any paperwork?
Yes. All participants in our day adventure tours will be required to complete a liability waiver and medical questionnaire. Participants under 19 years of age require the signature of a parent/guardian. Forms are to be filled out in at our office or if you are part of multiday program you will receive all your paperwork ahead of time.
