Sea Kayak Rental Rates
Terracentric prides itself on providing primarily BC made kayaks for our customers.
Seaward & Nimbus fiberglass kayaks make up the bulk of our fleet, with a few Current Designs boats as well. Delta plastic double kayaks are also available to our day renters.
Our fleet is very well maintained and we ask our guests to take care of our equipment with the same care & attention so that our boats remain available to everyone.

Terracentric offers full passenger water transportation from Lund to a number of kayaking destinations. Please see our Transportation Page for more information.
Before reading the rates, please note the following:
- We highly recommend reserving your kayaks well in advance to ensure availability and selection.
- We are not accepting same-day or drop-in rentals at this time.
- Rental start times are by appointment only.
- It is the renters’ responsibility to read our Cancellation Policy prior to reserving kayaks.
Our kayak rental process includes two steps.
First, the completion of paperwork - a rental agreement including risk acknowledgment and waiver. Second, a mandatory orientation and safety briefing at our launch site. This time is a part of your kayak rental period and is to ensure the proper use of our equipment as well as your safety and enjoyment while kayaking. Late arrivals may result in a delay of available launch times. If guests need more time to prepare for their trip (organizing/packing gear, getting supplies/food, filling water bottles), we ask this be done after the rental process is complete so that we may maintain our regular schedule.

- Payment options include Visa and Mastercard.
- Daily rental rates are based on a calendar day.
- To qualify for reduced daily rates when renting for more than one day, rental must be for consecutive days.
- Taxes are not included in the above rates.
- No refunds for early returns.

Rental Discounts
- Off-Season Discounts (September 15 to May 15)
All renters receive 10% off regular rates. - In-Season Group Discounts (May 15 to July 1; September 1 - 15)
Groups of 8 boats or more receive a 10% discount off regular rates. Payment must be made under one person to qualify for the discount. - Peak Season Long Term Discounts
Rentals of 10 days or more receive a 10% discount off regular rates. - Schools, Clubs and Organizations
